# Reporting bugs

You can report bugs in three ways:

1. Post in the **#bug-report** channel on the [Recraft Discord](https://discord.com/channels/1039589216033706005/1311006789428314164)
2. Submit a report via the [Canny feedback board](https://recraft.canny.io)
3. Email us at [help@recraft.ai](mailto:help@recraft.ai)

When reporting a bug, please include:

* The email address linked to your Recraft account
* A screenshot or screen recording showing the issue
* A detailed description of the problem and the steps to reproduce it
* Platform details (e.g., browser, operating system, or device used)
